Anthropic's IPO prospectus spends 80 of its 261 pages on risk factors. That's nearly double the 48 pages it uses to describe its actual business. Are y'all REALLY making me defend Anthropic again? They made $4.6 billion in all of 2025. They made $11.5 billion from April to June 2026. Their run rate was last reported at $65 billion. That's almost 15x in under a year.

Could Anthropic delay its IPO? Oura recently postponed citing uncertainty. “There's a lot of uncertainty in the entire AI financing market that will affect their ability to grow.” “You couldn't blame them if they said, maybe this is not the right time to go, but we should just wait a little while.” — @mvpeers, Co-Executive Editor at The Information
